He was born on 7th November 1985, in Toruń. He is a theatre and film actor. His theatre career began as a member of Scena Młodych Studio P, which was a small theatre for young people operating at the Youth Culture Centre in Toruń.
In 2009, he graduated from the Acting Department of the AST National Academy of Theatre Arts based in Wrocław. In 2013, Kamil Toliński joined the newly establish Cracow-based sztuka na wynos theatre.
His professional portfolio also includes many film roles. You can see him play in such films as ‘Generał Nil’ (2009) directed by Ryszard Bugajski, ‘Róża / Rose’ (2011) directed by Wojciech Smarzowski, in ‘80 milionów / 80 Million’ (2011) directed by Waldemar Krzystek, in which he partnered up with Piotr Głowacki, or in ‘Człowiek z magicznym pudełkiem / The Man with the Magic Box’ (2017) directed by Bodo Kox, in which he played alongside Olga Bołądź. What followed were roles in the film ‘Na bank się uda’ (2019) directed by Szymon Jakubowski or in ‘Hura, wciąż żyjemy / Hurray, We Are Still Alive!’ (2020) directed by Agnieszka Polska.
Kamil Toliński is also no stranger to television productions. He was cast in a number of popular TV series, such as ‘Pierwsza miłość’, ‘Nowa’, ‘Prawo Agaty’, ‘Korona Królów’, or more recently in ‘Sexify’. In 2016, he partnered up with Roma Gąsiorowska and Piotr Głowacki in the full-length film and TV series ‘Bodo’, which was a film portrayal of Eugeniusz Bodo, a great Polish actor and comedian of the inter-war period.
