Four elderly ladies from Toruń, Małgosia, Krysia, Ela and Bogusia, love to buy items sold at special trade presentations. Due to their age, they are especially interested in goods that allegedly have healing properties and improve well-being. The director accompanies the women to the shows of quasi-medical devices and shows an intriguing world where poverty coexists with wealth, and laughter appears through tears.
