Mariusz Czajka was born on 9th of April 1961 in Grudziądz. He is a film and stage actor as well as a well-known voice actor.
His theatrical experience began in 1984 with the play Złe zachowanie (Bad Behaviour) at the Ateneum Theatre in Warsaw. Next year he graduated from the Acting Department of the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw. In the years 1987-1990 he was an player in the Rampa Theatre, and he has cooperated with the Studio Buffo Theatre for many years, where he conducts classes for children and teenagers.
Mariusz Czajka’s cinema debut was in the film C.K. Dezerterzy (Imperial-Royal Deserters) (1985), which was the beginning of his adventure with the cinema. He has acted in numerous films, including Sztos (Stroke) (1997), Chłopaki nie płaczą (Boys Don’t Cry) (2000) and Wyjazd integracyjny (Corporate Retreat) (2011). Moreover, Mariusz Czajka has appeared in many TV series, including one of the most-popular Polish sitcoms Świat według Kiepskich (The World According to the Kiepski Family) (since 1999), as well as Pierwsza Miłość (First Love), Plebania (The Rectory) and Dom nad rozlewiskiem (The House in the Backwaters), with its continuations: Miłość nad rozlewiskiem (Love in the Backwaters), Życie nad rozlewiskiem (Life in the Backwaters), Nad rozlewiskiem (In the Backwaters), Cisza nad rozlewiskiem (Silence in the Backwaters) and Pensjonat nad rozlewiskiem (The Guesthouse in the Backwaters).
Mariusz Czajka is also a dubbing actor, most famous for dubbing Donald Duck and Goofy, as well as Yoda Master, the character from the Star Wars saga.
